His mission is to help others grow—not just as Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, but as confident, empowered individuals both on and off the mat.
CLASS STRUCTURE
WARM UP
Our warm-up combines general and specific exercises to enhance flexibility, prepare the body, and prevent injuries.
TECHNIQUE
Students learn techniques through detailed explanations, demonstrations, and posture corrections from the instructor.
SPARRING
Students practice techniques during rolling, where sparring can be free or limited based on the training goal.
COOL DOWN
Stretching and relaxation to promote muscle recovery and flexibility.
